 Finish your kayaking trip with a delicious barbecue!

 

Imagine paddling on the beautiful Pelorus River, enjoying the scenery, seeing the hobbit location... It's so much fun but at some point you just get hungry. And then you get out of the water and the whole barbecue area is already prepared for you and your friends. You can just sit down, relax and treat yourself with all the tasty food, like smoked salmon, juicy steaks and sausages, different kind of salads and breads...yummy!!!

 A great way to finish your kayaking adventure on a real wild New Zealand river!

BBQ MENU

• Smoked Salmon served with French Bread & cream cheese (Salmon marinated in salt & lemon juice, & smoked on red wine infused cedar) 
• Gourmet sausage and Portobello mushroom with garlic butter 
• Marinated steak 
• Fresh bread rolls with NZ butter 
• Three homemade salads 
• Drink choices (coke, lemonade, orange juice, water) 
• Served in a buffet style (Chef supplied)
